I have been here a bunch of times, and they have messed something up every time. 1. I order a number 10 ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE!... They gave me a triple cheeseburger with meat, cheese, ketchup, mustard,, and pickles.. It seems like the people there don't evencare about this job. I mean, it's a Dairy Queen, and it tasted like Dairy Queen. It's always nice to have a fast food restaurant in a convenient... location, and so that's what was nice about this place in Amery. The only downside about our visit was the staff seemed a bitcranky, I realize that it was maybe 20 minutes to their closing time, but just because you're tired or you want to go home,doesn't mean you can treat your last customers like trash, they mean as much as the ones that came in when you opened or in themiddle of the day. This place is disgusting. Everything is dirty - floors, counters, bathrooms, tables, machines. Service was terrible - long... waits, it smelled, and the Cashier didn?t tell me how much it was and did not give me a receipt. $20 for a few Dilly bars?!! Nothappy. Will never go back. Read more
The food is good, however it takes quite some time to get it and every time I've been this year it has been dirty inside and... smells like a toilet. I wish that it was clean like it use to be because I won't let my family sit there and eat as it has beenright now. Read more
As with all other reviews they are SPOT ON. Place is dirty unexperienced counter help. And the hot fudge (or lack of) should... have just ordered a cup of soft serve..on a good note the misty freeze was AWESOME. Haven't been to Dairy Queen in awhile. Stopped at Amery location. Young girl served us at the counter, as well as 2 other... couples. Proceeded to make our food without washing her hands after taking our monies. Ice cream is always good. Location, wellin all honesty could use a good cleaning.
