Great food, nice people, but short staffed right now so they close super early, hopefully they can find help soon.
Probably the only fast food around that still tries to do a good job post covid problems. So many other restaurants are still... using covid related nonsense as an excuse for being lazy, keeping the dining room closed, and any other problem they have. Itseems like this bbops has attempted to do well despite all that, which I like. And I like their burgers, and my son likestheir chocolate milk shakes. Read more
First rate burgers - as good as I have ever had - worthy of 5 stars. Awful customer service - worthy of 1 star. On my last... visit (about a week ago) , I went to walk-up counter and ordered. The young woman who brought my food pushed the bag out thewindow without a word, closed the window, and walked away. No thanks or anything. Even worse, there was another customer thereand we had to look through the bag to see who it belonged to. Pro tip, B-Bops: You speak to your customers. The food is very good. The people taking my order and handing it to me, not so much. Was rushed once I started ordering... we've... never been there and don't know the process. I could hear the irritation in their voice. Once to the window it was just a handfor my payment. When the food came I looked in the bag & hard the person deep sigh.. I asked for napkins & straws... they saidit was in the bag, which it wasn't. After more negative body language we got things needed. I get it, it's teens... butmanagers need to recognize those that would be best for the position. I've had a bad experience twice with the order & window. Read more
It was my first time and I would say not a bad place to get some food. I would say it?s better then Wendy?s or Burger King by... far. I?m not from around here but it was great. see you next time burger joint ???? Read more
B-Bop's... I'm NEVER disappointed. Burgers second to none when paired with steaming hot fries and a refreshing ice cold drink.... Look, I know this sounds like a commercial, I promise it's not. The food is crazy good... every single time. Read more
Always great service and even better food. Never had a mistake on any order there.
The food is great for the price. Our large order was accurate. The worker taking our order seemed annoyed at our large order and... tried to rush us through the process. We had seven people in the van including 5 kids. It's a little chaotic. Also we werecharged for cups of water. Really, guys? Read more
