This was my third time for take out and it was the last. The orders have never been complete and the timing has never been... accurate. When I showed up on-time, the orders weren't ready. Tonight, I showed up early and the order was already on therack. It was barely warm, so I have no idea when it was actually ready. In addition, they did not include the ranch dressingor vegetables. I'm not sure how they could mess up every order they have been given. They could definitely use some qualityassurance. Read more

This past Friday, I experienced top-notch service from a waiter at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I've never not enjoyed... coming to BWW, but with the short staffing currently happening for many restaurants, as a customer, I've been able to feel thehurriedness and pressure that the wait staff have been dealing with lately. Not on this occasion, though. We were seatedrelatively quickly in the bar area. Our drink orders were taken immediately, and the timeliness of receiving them had meshocked. The food came out quickly and was exactly what we ordered. The gentleman serving our table made sure our every need wastaken care of, and it was just a breath of fresh air to have that experience. I told everyone willing to listen how positive ofan experience this was, so to the waiter we had, thank you for the amazing service. We look forward to coming and dining at BWWagain soon. Read more

We part ways. Last dining experience will be my last. Service was terrible for us. Hope yall have a better experience. Employees... were nice, but did not seem to know what they were doing. Our server had to be asked to clear empty trays from out tabe. My 2year old spilled lemonade from a leaking cup (I demenstrated that it was the cup and not my toddler for the server. Instead ofgetting us napkins she continued to try to place our order. No celery or carrots with food. I used to love B-DUB. What happened? Read more

I went in over the July 4th Holiday weekend and had a horrible experience. The server did her job properly but nothing else went... right. The Manager, Rachel, did not do her job properly. She didn't even to seem to care or know her job. The food was burnt,and she agreed the fryer needed changed but didn't do anything about it. The food was dripping with grease. The wings were coldand can tell they went into the microwave. I thought these guys were the chicken wing masters? The bathrooms looked like a thirdworld county. Trash on the floor, smelled like urine, and toilet clogged. The only one apologized was the server even though itwasn't her fault. I do not recommend this place to anyone. God save us all. Read more

TL;DR - The order was messed up, the kitchen staff is seemingly terrible, and on top of being messed up, it was like eating... crumbs. Man.. I hate to be that guy that only leaves a review when the place is bad, but man this experience was awful. As faras time, I wasn't paying attention. We showed up at around 22:15, they close at 01:00. We were greeted fine, sat equally asquickly, and waited a few minutes for our server. It's a slow day, so they closed one half the restaurant. They've got twoservers and a bartender on, not sure what the kitchen situation is like. We ordered our food fairly quickly as well. One of usgot a Burger and fries with a snack wing, the other a 20 piece boneless. For the boneless wing there was blue cheese and celeryordered. They forgot the celery and gave ranch instead. I should've gotten a picture of the sauced bread crumbs, but I wasn'tinitially going to complain. $22 for a 20 piece boneless that was very little chicken and very much breading. Needless to say,seeing as all the chicken is frozen and easy to sort through, I was impressed at how lazy and inconsiderate the kitchen staffis. As for the burger, it was just fine. Good flavor, well cooked, no problems there; the fries tasted like they had been leftout for the last 20 minutes, but that happens. Mistakes are made in the food industry, and I'll be the first to admit I've madeplenty. As far as the speed of our order, the party that came in after us got served all of their food before us... and got thesame food as we did. When it comes down to the order being messed up, I'm not sure who to blame. It's a simple game oftelephone from us, to the server, to the kitchen staff. Our server was just fine and I harbor no complaints towards them. Theywere plenty attentive and, though a little distracted, tried to stay on top of things as much as possible. got on a wait list said wait time was supposed to be 30-35 minutes 1hr later we decided to just walk in and ask when we would be... seated. finally got seated. although there were about 6 empty booths still took an hour. ordered about 5 minutes later gotdrinks fairly quick waited 30 minutes for my meal. then about 10 minutes after i got mine my mom got hers. 15 minutes after thatmy dad got his. still waiting on our fries after 45 minutes of waiting. over all bad experience has been like this the past 3times. do not recommend. service is terrible and food isn?t the best. barely any sauce on the wings 11/05/2021 Read more
