I regrettably ordered my pizza at one o'clock and failed to receive it before 3 o'clock in the morning. It is usually an okay... place to order pizza, but they answered my phone call and rudely hung up when I went to speak to them. To add, they left me onthe call for 5+ minutes (without anyone answering my call) before I just ended the call due to such a delay. It took them adifferent phone number to say " we are closed" and me saying "I understand you are closed but I ordered a pizza under the name_______ and it still hasn't gotten through prepared." and then rudely saying back "We are busy we are getting your order throughwe are short staffed! Did you order before 1o'clock?". I understand if you are busy, but if you are super busy you do not haveto take my money and make me wait for 2+ hours for my pizza saying you are preparing it. If you are ordering pizza late, maybedo not order from this location. The delivery driver was nice and polite though! Read more
Tried Domino's after 15 years, fell for the old, "we're back and we are new and improved", I am pretty sure it has actually... gotten worse. The pepperoni tasted chemically, the crust was just not good, marinara bad, light on the cheese. I will not begiving domino's another chance, EVER. Read more
We ordered a pizza and paid extra for toppings that don't come with the pizza and did not receive them. We got our pizza about... 11:30 or so (posted hours are open until 1am for the Hayward location) we called the number on the receipt and they said ourorder was placed with the Hayward location and this was the Lincoln way location. We called the Hayward store and didn't get ananswer- we waited for about 10 minutes on the phone. Tried calling a second time with a different phone, a woman answered andsaid "we are closed" and hung up. Tried calling again and they picked up the line and hung up. We called the other location backand they said they couldn't do anything. We just wanted the dang error fixed or addressed and the customer service wasabsolutely horrible. Nicole was an absolute rockstar. She knocked out our 11 large pizzas by herself while running the entire store.
Food was good and arrived on time. Would've liked a little more cheesy marinara as it barely covered the bottom.
The delivery was very quick, and the driver followed the instructions for delivery - so automatically high praise. Pizza was... also very good! So 5/5. Read more
Haven't had Dominos pizza in literally decades, this time wasn't bad though. I ordered at the store, to go, and in about fifteen... minutes or so, I was gone. Fast, friendly service, literally there was about ten people behind the counter working. Constantstream of people picking up, and deliveries going out. Free wifi, I imagine they cater, eat in option, tvs, bathroom, benchs tosit. The store looked clean and kept up, overall good experience for a budget pizza... Read more
This place usually is late but that's been fine with the free pizza system, but now when I report that they took over an hour to... get my pizza done I can't report it or have it resolved in any way. I have ordered three times every time it's been late andevery time I've tried to report the issue but there has been nothing done, or any of the pizza points given because of it. Alsothe delivery driver now makes me sign the receipt and tries to get me to leave more of a tip. This place is horrible now. Read more
