Terrible experiences with this store. Multiple times items are missing from the order. My last order I called to complain, and... they said they would send the missing items to the delivery address. After an hour of waiting, I called again to check if thedriver had left yet. I called the store for more than 20 minutes and the only times they picked up the call was to hang up on mewithout saying anything. All I want is a refund for my missing items and I can't even speak to anyone at the store. Avoid thisplace because they will screw up your order, and apparently sometimes they'll avoid customers too. Didn't send the salad. Driver said he would return with the salad but never did. Another group had also put in a separate... order. They were missing items from their order too. I know it was within an hour of close but if you take an order and youtake payment for the order then you should make sure you send out the entire order with the driver. If you are the driver andsay you will return with the missing order, you need to return. Very unhappy with the service. Will reach out to Corporate aswell. I wish I could take back the tip and cancel the order. Heads up if you place an order check the order when the driverarrives and if it is wrong, have them call the store before they leave. Wish so bad I could put 0 stars, every experience with this place has been awful, accepts payments but then your order never... arrives, and if it does its burned damaged and cold, do yourself a favor and don't even consider ordering from them.
