We started regularly shopping here since last August of 2021, and have now decided to not shop here again. Everytime my wife... goes into the store she's encountered terrible experiences, sometimes even when I'm with her. Almost always- like one eveningshe was checking out, while literally standing in front of the self checkout with the conveyor belt I watched an employee swipeher ID badge and entirely surprise my wife before she could swipe the first item, telling her the station was now closed, makingher walk to the other side of the store. Who shoved their badge under the first item your beggining to scan? Any time she sayshello they act like she doesn't exist. As the meat counter they seem so irritated to provide any service. Literally called outtwo different guys for throwing the meat over the counter before she could reach up and grab it. It slid off where she caughtit. It's overwhelming to be in such a store. She stopped going to the restaurant even because although she'd be the first toorder she had to wait almost 1.5-2 hrs for pancakes and eggs for the kids. She came home apologizing to the kids that she eventried, left with them screaming hungry. We even stopped buying our traditional cakes from here every week after the employeesstarted telling us we couldn't afford a cake. I make 4,000 dollars every two weeks. If this isn't racism on some level - my wifeis black but me and my kids are not, then I'm not sure what's going on. But you won't have my business. I've taken it to Gatewayto the people who can treat my wife like she exists. Read more

My biggest complaint is with the pharmacy drive thru. If people are requesting to fill a prescription, it would be nice if they... asked said person to come back instead of making everyone else wait 20+ minutes for that persons script to be filled. It is adrive thru for a reason? to be quick for those who call ahead and just need to pick up. Read more
An hour behind on hyvee aisles online pickup and others got helped before me as they arrived later than I did. They told me they... were a little behind... but 1 HOUR?! Its a good thing I had that time to waste sitting in the lot. I even ordered 24 hours inadvance to assure they had time to get my order ready... which was 3 small bags. NOT doing this again. Update: didn't even gethalf my order! Update again: Manager was super nice and I am very appreciative of him handling the situation. Read more
Pick-up service is awful. They don?t have enough money to hire people and so I think that?s why they put student helpers there.... They often forget to load some groceries I?ve ordered, and I noticed about it when I?m back home. Today I am too tired to goback asking them, and I believe the bag they forgot to give me contains the receipt, so they should know they were carelesstoday. I really don?t want to blame these students because they probably exhausted from their class, etc. but the aisles pick upreally needs to be improved. Read more

Had some hychi with my mom and was really good. They gave us a good amount. Food was hot. And best part it tasted really good
Great store, great selection of many kinds of foods. Good place to have supper as well.
