A friend and I stopped by to grab a bite, and the employee running the slicer and taking orders was very disrespectful. He was... not friendly, seemed irritated and angry, and it was obvious this was effecting the other employees and creating an overallnegative atmosphere. My friend and I ended up eating our food back at my place, because we did not want to be in thatenvironment longer than we had too. I understand he may have been having a bad day, or maybe they all were, but that is noexcuse for bringing that negativity into the workplace and especially to the customers. Ordered online one day with the app saying the location was open. Low and behold when I show up because they don't deliver for a... single sandwich, they are closed at 12:15pm. I contacted customer support which said they send unfulfilled orders and refunds tothe owner, and after 6 weeks the owner has yet to contact me. Without a doubt the worst run shop in the area. Never open whenthey say they are, and don't care about their customers. And they steal money! Read more
So good! Bread is made fresh in the store and everything is sliced fresh right in front of you. I love the #13 Italian for a... cold sub but the Cheesesteaks are phenomenal as well. If you do a cold sub be sure to do it Mike's Way. The oil and vinegarwhich they call "juice" gives the sandwich a whole other level of flavor! Read more
Customer service has gone downhill, ordered extra meat and someother items, I did not receive.
We got to classic a italian subs from the Ames store on Lincolnway. The meat and cheese was top shelf quality. The bread was... fresh.The service though swamped was freindly and quick. Great food Great service.try it! Read more
