This McDonald's my boy friend and I eat all the time here and I was there tonight and sat in drive thru for 45 minutes to I got... my food I said the wait my God it took forever the manager is so nice and come one this mcds is always besy but it's getting anew make over so the lobby is closed but to have one cash register going for the besy restaurant tonight there computers whendown so it was like forever wait they need 2 going registers so there's never a wait and the Manger did a great job atexplaining what happened and said she was sorry and for being there while under instruction and only drive thru is open but theyare doing a fantastic job for serving there community and thanks for being such a good place where all them employees are sodarn nice. October 16th, 1:15 AM, I was ordering through a drive-thru, and it took me two minutes to get the coupon code from my app due to... network issues. During the order, I noticed that the cashier was very impatient, and her attitude was rude. The real disasterhappened when I got my food. When I was halfway done with my fries, I felt something under the fries. There was chewed gum,wrapped in a dirty, blue, gum wrapper inside my french fries. The Gum wrapper was covered in some dusty, powdery residue of somesort, and it made me throw away the food immediately. Realizing that I ate fries that were touched by someone's chewed gum mademe gag and almost throw up. I have documented detailed evidence and photos and will take legal action for this offensivemisbehavior. I feel highly disrespected and offended. I will be requesting the surveillance camera footage of the kitchen tocheck if this was an intentional crime by the upset cashier who had to wait during my order. Suppose your company does not showus the footage or prove that this incident was not intentional. In that case, I will execute serious legal actions with mylawyer and report this to the news and social media. Read more
The drive thru line was long. Even though it moved fairly quickly the fries were cold. I don't think they are open for inside... seating. Read more
This place is absolutely discusting, grease floor, grease door handles,it supose that is fast food, mmmm waiting times more... than 15 min for burger? I do not recommend it. Read more
I can list what's right and good with this location far more quickly than I can the negative. Food IS NEVER right or fresh if... you actually get your entire order at all. Went here with a friend and my daughter for lunch about a week ago and one of theemployees was washing "herself" in the sink with her shirt pulled up to her. Chest and pants around her ankles... there wereextremely unsanitary wet and very obviously dirty, paper towels stacked on the counter and floor around her.. she told mydaughter that she could use the restroom but she would have to wait for the sink area cuz she was "cleaning herself up".. The people that work here need to learn how to read orders cause they clearly can't get anything right. I ordered mchickens add... cheese I received bread with lettuce cheese and mayo no chicken Patty's for some reason. Ordered sauce with my nuggets didn'treceive that. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes didn't receive 1 of those. They can't even put straws in a bag. Whoever works hereneeds retrained or fired. It's not a hard job. Read more
Quite the interesting looking McD's... the inside decor is much more up to date than one would expect for a well, McDonalds.... However even with that more modern outlook, the drinks still come from those antiquated line dispensers. Food is just whatyou'd expect... it's a McDonalds. Read more
Either the menu board is broken or they're completely incompetent. I went to drive through and couldn't see the menu, asked to... see the menu and was told that they have no control over the menu and my ability to see it. All I can see was the last orderplaced so I guess they won't get my business then. Read more
