Was told at 10:30 they would open at 11. Signage posted said they opened at six, and their website said the same, but fine. Went... in at 11 and wad told they weren't opening until closer to noon. Be more consistent and communicate with your customers beforeyou continue to lose them. Maybe update your signage and website with your actual hours. Read more
Every time I go to this specific McDonald's, I have nothing but issues. I usually wait 30+ minutes every time I go here and they... always give me the wrong order. I've never received the right order. Ever. The fries are always soggy and they only fill thecontainer half full. Read more
Have eaten at this location many times in the past before ordering was done with technology. So I forgot they had that and stood... at counter for several minutes before placing my order with a person. She was very nice when she noticed me. Had an egg Mcmuffin and coffee. Last swallow of coffee was full of grounds ! Yuck. Read more
I asked for a hot mocha with extra caramel. The guy at the drive-thru put it in as an ice mocha. When I got my food I told them... that I did not want an ice mocha that I wanted a hot mocha. Two people ask me and instead of fixing their mistake they gave meplain coffee. I'm not impressed and this is not the first time this has happened. Read more
Without a doubt the most gruelling fast food experience I've ever had. Place only had about 6 customers when I was in there,... even had enough staff to do regular operations, but one was just wandering around and looking like she was drugged up. Theothers were fast, but inattentive to the growing line of people. I had an online order, but was told that it wasn't processedbecause the phone used wasn't in proximity to the restaurant itself. What kinda online ordering demands that you be right nextto it to be able to order? Kinda defies the point of ordering ahead online. Will never be going back to that place. Whenever I get there burrito meal nowadays they must not know how to roll a burrito and I?ve stopped ordering them but forgot... today and wanted one but send like they still haven?t been trained on it. They also almost forgot my iced caramel macchiato thentried to hand me a hot one which I handed back and they made and gave me the right one finally. Read more
