The new girls have been so unnecessarily rude! The girls working last night closed the bar at 1 although it was busy (Mother?s... doesn?t get very busy so duh why wouldn?t you make your money??). My sister had brought Thai food up from Des Moines to eat withsome drinks at Mother?s, but we only got to sit down and eat for about 15 minutes before the lights were up and Closing Time wason (12:40am) ???? There was a bunch of friends helping them put up chairs, so I can only assume they were closing early so theycould go out before the bars on Welch closed. Read more
I really enjoyed this place. There is a really young crowd but a few older people as well. I was with some young kids. I had fun... and they have some awesome drinks. I totally recommend this place, parking is not ideal but you might just want to call Uber orLyft anyway. Read more
Good beer, live music, trivia. Lots of stuff going on, great 'regular' bar.
Mothers is great. Really enjoyed Game Of Thrones trivia night. We bought flaming shots with our winnings.
Great service, fun people, casual atmosphere. Only cost $21 for the four of us to get drinks. Definitely a recommend place for... those who are engineers or those who want to go to a place that doesn't have trashy loud music, or flashy lights. Feels like areal bar and not like a club. Read more
