Went to this establishment today for the first time in probably 3-4 years. We had a miscommunication with our order which was... admittedly my fault. When we received our order I realized that I had not communicated properly that I was hoping for a soup andbread bowl, instead I had accidently ordered a bowel of soup. When I brought this up to the staff present, a woman by the nameof Heather was fairly flippant and rude with us. Two other employees later spoke with us regarding the confusing event. If theyhad not been kind and understanding with us, we would not be returning to this establishment again. These two other employeessaved this Panera my return business. Thank you. Read more

The dining area is always clean and the staff is friendly. They put in the self ordering kiosks which makes your time getting... through the line during a rush faster which I appreciate! Read more
2 Greek salads. One with extra gets cheese. Simple order. NOT. NO EXTRA FETA. Below explains some of the other issues.... Including napkins and plastic ware that was thrown in the bag by employee who without gloves or anything opened the bag anddropped them in after from the minute we walked in the door seemed to be bothered that we did. Employees walking past us like wewere not even there. When I asked how it worked because I didn't have the option to push the "I am here" button, girl justpoints at this shelf with bags on it and walks away. Bad all around Read more
Their salad was really dry, I don't think they put any dressing on it. Sandwich was amazing though!
