Does not honor promo codes they mailed me, called customer support, they wouldn't help. They tried to blame "third-party"... coupon publishers. It came from their mailer with their name and logo on it. They did nothing to resolve issue, only blamesomeone else. Read more
I am very upset with this location. I have had a rewards account with them now for years, and my family orders almost weekly. I... recently made a purchase over $100 for an event, food was on time and it was produced correctly. However, I was charged aduplicate amount onto my account that has been pending now for almost a week and all I have gotten is a simple "Sorry" withoutany offer of reprimand or resolve to this issue. I called two days ago to speak to a manager, never got a call back so I calledagain today and was still side stepped by the manager and was only able to speak to a team member that told me "Sorry, you'lljust have to wait up to two weeks to have access to your funds." No effort is coming out of that team to help me gain access tomy funds of over $100, and I'm very disappointed in the lack of care or empathy regarding this issue. Read more

I ordered a large pizza and it came at what I consider a fairly high price they did not put very many toppings on it and they... didn't even get them out to the edge I will never go back there again I hope they have better people somewhere else cause thisone sucked. Read more
Good food 95% of the time. Besides my horrendous first encounter with the thief who decided to write in his own tip and lose my... receipt to try and cover it up...which they did do me right by might I add...this store has been pretty great on a consistentbasis. Few crazy long delivery times and a few overcooked or soggy pizzas/papadias...but if it is ever bad enough to beinedible, they fix it without any huffing or puffing. Read more
