2 stars to the corporation itself. The food is good enough to come by alot but it?s kinda dingy. But We give 10 out of 5 stars... at the father/daughter combo who started. We got in at shift change one employee was trying to help a long line while the othersat and loudly screamed about being on break. The dad/kid combo stepped in and took care of everything without even clocking in.Our food was better than normal and the teenage girl?s service was amazing. Usually I get pretty decent service here but this particular day, there were 4 of us at the counter and only 1 employee working.... A 2nd employee did walk in shortly after with cookies from the store next door and quickly went to help which was appreciated.However, they were chatting some and got my order wrong which I didn't know till I left. My fries were also overcooked. In thegrand scheme, it happens but my main concern is they were chatting with each other instead of the customers right in front ofthem. Make small talk. Get to know those of us who live in the area who like to frequent certain stores. Simple as that. I'llstill continue to go back but I'd like enough focus on my order to at least be right and not overcooked. Thanks! Read more

This was my second time eating at this chain and both times have been enjoyable. Just some good greasy down home Americana for... when you have that occasional need for something that tastes fantastic regardless of how healthy or not it is for you. Read more
Saw this place in passing...very underwhelmed. Do not go here. Not worth it at all. Very overpriced for the abysmal 'food' you... get. For 3 people (burrito, rice bowl, Philly sandwich, a fry, 2 drinks) was almost $50. FOR, basically, a FAST FOOD joint thattries to act like it's not. The place was super dirty and gross, not one table or booth or chair was clean, floor was a mess,the whole place was dirty AF. I felt like I was going to get sick from just sitting in that place. Only 1 person was working andwhen another worker came in, they just sat down with their headphones. Worse, the food wasn't that great--except the fries (andthe server said 'oh, the fries servings are huge'. They weren't). Just go somewhere else. This place is so forgettable and withfood that you could make yourself and it'd taste better. Read more
I haven't been here for a long time. The food was good but I have a hard time justifying $40 for a burrito, philly steak bowl,... two orders of fry's, and one soda. IMO the quality is not worth the price. Go somewhere else, spend less for the same quality,and possibly get more doing it. Read more
A huge hot steak sandwich is just the right thing for a cold winter day, or any day! Pepperjax does it right! Steak grilled... right before your eyes, seasoned just right and stuffed into a toasty hoagie bun, this is sandwich perfection. Grab a coupleextra napkins. BBQ sauce available if you want it.
