I ordered my pizza at 5 and I called at 6:20. Alex had said my order was for carryout which is lie #1. My app prompted me by... asking how much I would like to tip my driver. Then Alex apologized and said he would remake my order and have it delivered.(Lie #2)20 min later my pizza was here and I live 15 mins from the store. So they gave me the pizza that had already been made.It was cold it tasted awful and I don't appreciate being lied to. Read more
Tried to order my free points pizza and was prompted that there was a ?$10.99 minimum for delivery?. Just charge me the delivery... fee like dominos does. Your driver lost out on a $10 tip. Oh well. Read more
I ordered from this location and within hours my daughter and I were a sick. Vomiting and diarrhea was a great way to end our... night and start our day. The one person with us who didn't eat the pizza was/is perfectly fine. Not to mention I didn't getthe flavored crust I ordered and my soda was diet when I ordered regular. Had I noticed the low rating before ordering, Iwouldn't have because we are definitely paying the price via both ends!!! Read more
Update, not sure what Pizza hut has done to their pizza, but it no longer agrees with me, to the point I couldnt finish the last... two slices. At a loss as to what to point too. To bad, overall I like Pizza Hut. I went to the store to order a Pepperoni Loverspizza, which was a little shy of all the pepperoni it could have had. Also some of the slices tasted bland, could have used moresauce. Kind of pricey for what I got. The pizza was done in about 12 mins. Front desk help not that friendly but helpful.
