I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Many of the baristas have remembered my name and make it a point... to welcome me in. They are always busy whenever I come in, yet still make the time to execute great customer service. I alwaysget my drink quickly and the way I ordered it. NOTE: While I personally think that all Starbucks are overpriced, I know that's due to corporate, not the individual stores... making decisions. I also really wish they had a drive-thru here but logistically this is not the spot for a drive-thru ThisStarbucks always has very friendly staff that clearly enjoy their job. The staff is very attentive and has even remembered myname and my order over time (though I'm a simple gal and usually just get the same drink every time). Needless to say, theenvironment in this Starbucks is very inviting and the staff make sure to remain covid conscious to protect public health. Ihave never had an incorrect order here and I have ordered off the app as well as in person countless times. Out of all theStarbucks I've been to, this is one of my favorites! Read more

Great staff! They are very friendly and nice everytime I go there. Always a great interaction! During this pandemic they have... managed to provide service in a safe manner. Got the last Unicorn Frappuccino at this Starbucks. They warned me beforehand about the lack of pink powder so I wasn't... disappointed by the appearance. Overall, this place is great and includes friendly/honest crew members, fast service, and aclean/great location in campustown. Read more
Planned to dine in, so had to pay for street parking. Scone dry and not very tasty. Got an extra item we didn't order, so... someone else was missing their item. Didn't realize this until too late, so couldn't return. Were able to meet up with partyexpected and carry on a conversation without disruption. Read more
