Totally incompetent. I ordered a salad which came with wilted lettuce and yellow tomatoes. One employee did not know how to cut... up the meat. Actually asked a coworker before asking me and seemed astonished that I would say to use a knife. Employees spentmore time talking about their personal lives than preparing our food which slowed down the process considerably. Made an online order and they called me to say they were out of both types of Italian bread. They were also out of every cookie... and when I asked if we could get refunded for them the person on the phone said they weren?t authorized to do so but in a sassyway, then I could hear them and another person laughing about it. Is there no manager on duty to issue a refund? Terribleexperience, not worth it. Just got my food and they only had one person helping who was making others sandwiches while my pickuporder was just sitting there. They also forgot or maybe we?re also out of cheese??? Probably the most modern and clean Subway I've ever been in. Ingredients even looked fresher and newer! Hopefully this renovated... look means a new leaf from when all those one star reviews were put up. Guy at the front was pretty chill, good experience. Read more
