Got lucky finding this truck driving through for Iowa for work. I ordered 4 lengua tacos, a birria quesadilla and they were... DELICIOUS!!! The lengua in the tacos was cooked to perfection and the flavor was mouth watering good. The birria quesadilla wasthe best I?ve had from any place I?ve been to so far. My wife and I have eaten a lot of tortas and the like from food trucks in town and what not. The food was fine and the Ramen... dish was something a little different, but it still doesn't smack like some of the other options in town. Read more
