We went to the Whalburgers at Hyvee and the crew pf 3 was standing up by the drink machines talking and carrying on. We walked... around the whole restaurant and not 1 clean booth. Not acknowledgement at all by any of the employees. Read more
$14 for a smallish burger & cold onion rings served on a plastic tray. Not worth it. You have to order at a counter like... McDonald's and you need to get up to find your own napkins & silverware. I'll pay $14 for a burger, but it needs to be a muchbetter experience than this. Read more
I hate giving places a 1star review but this is our 3rd time eating here and it truly is not up to par. Service is very slow,... waiters are not present at all. We have had wrong orders 2 out of 3 times and even cold food. I do not recommend eating hereuntil management of this restaurant is better. Read more
Paul and Alma's recipes were not prepared to their standard. The sides were great. The Wahlbrewski light lager was surprisingly... good. A very clean hopped up light lager made with American hops. I will be back if the beef improves. Local Iowa beef isbetter. Read more
