I went thru the drive thru last night to get food. It took 35 minutes from start to finish, that?s ridiculous. I can understand... understaffing, but there were 5 workers at least yet the line was still extremely inefficient. They didn?t seem like they knewwhat they were doing. I shouldn?t be waiting at the speaker for ten minutes to actually begin the order. The food tastes good,but it shouldn?t take THAT long. Garbage service. Read more

Do not eat here, unless you have lots of time to waste, and you want to test your patience. Stood in line for 20minutes with... only two others in front of us. Was told they were not waiting on people at this time due to them trying to ?catch up? windowservice. They were all out of Ketchup, and when our food FINALLY came, they forgot almost half of our order!!! Do not wast yourtime with this place. Service was terrible. Young lady in the window did not say hi or anything. I asked for no letters on my double cheeseburger... which was part of a combo meal. I could tell that the sandwich was sitting there and was reopened and closed. they probablyreopened it and removed the lattice. Your advertise that the french fries are fresh and crisp by fries was soggy and have beensitting nothing was hot. This place seems to be full of inexperienced workers more supervision is needed. I hope I do notexperience this again or I will post again. I would have returned the meal but I drove a distance to my house and discovered allof this. This is not!! a win for Wendy's. Read more
Doesn't meet the standards of other Wendy's I have been to. It took 20+ minutes for me to go through the drive through with only... 4 cars ahead. Most of the waiting was for them to take my order and my money. I wouldn't mind that so much if the food was up tostandard, but that did not meet expectations either. This has happened on multiple visits and I'm done coming here. There aregood Wendy's out there, but I can't recommend this particular one. Read more
The bacon burgers and fries were tasty. The service personnel seemed to pay more attention to their fellow employees than the... customer. The bathroom was a typical fast food bathroom...not very clean. Read more
I realize that a lot of businesses are struggling to find help. Today when we went in the interior was extremely dirty. There... were barely any clean tables, food was all over the floor. The drive through line was about one car length from the road. Ihonestly do not get how people refuse to pick up after themselves. The workers are run ragged and if we all did our part thenthis would not have looked nearly as bad as it did. Read more
Quality is wild here. Sometimes the burgers taste good, sometimes they taste kinda off or are burnt to a crisp. Fries are almost... always cold. Never have this problem at other locations. I guess I'm glad they're finally open till midnight though... Read more
