I had an issue with the store cutting the menu. I asked for a manager in order to see if i could be accomodated. I met Marco,... who berated servers based on their lack of menu knowledge. I later found out the ingredients weren't even available. The Serversand hosts apologized and I left after leaving tips but will NOT be back. Marco never checked back in, seemed unable to redirecthis staff in regards to the limited menu, seemed unable to offer anything to rectify the menu discrepancy or any kind of logicalexplanation. Sara and her staff hooked up our hockey team with great food and service! She was very organized with the seating and getting... the guys drinks and food while the parents enjoyed beverages and popcorn! Highly recommend dining at Ninety-9 Amesbury! Read more
Love this 99, always on point if you like country Fried chicken OMG there's the best. The gravy was so good, the mashed were... real, the biscuit was very fresh, it also came with corn or broccoli and cranberry sauce and we got it 2 nights in a row it wascheap. Amazing service. Management went above and beyond for me. I made a mistake on my part by what I ordered, I thought my wrap came... with bacon which it did not. Without even correcting me they made me a whole new wrap with bacon in it and were so nice aboutthe issue even though it was my mistake.
