I made an order at 6pm finally called at 7 pm looking for my order . They told me it was out for delivery. Called back at 7:30... because it still had not arrived. I called again at this point wanting a discount for waiting for 1 1/2 hours. I was on thephone with someone from the store and told them it had just arrived and it was cold . She had then asked me how do you know ifit is cold if it was just delivered? Did you even open the box? As a general manager myself for over 10 years I was not happy atall . She offered to re make it and I said it will probably be another hour she said she was sorry they were very busy . Thenshe tells me she can refund me but she would have to void my last transaction and charge me again . I deal with credit cardsdaily I know that is not how it works. They should have told me at the time of ordering it would be a long wait but they didn?t.I would have ordered elsewhere. They said 30 mins . They should tell people at time of ordering it?s going to be a wait . Thisis not the first time this has happened to me with this place but it will be the last . Read more
The pizza was overcooked. Very little sauce. Thick Dry crust. Overcooking took the flavor out of the toppings. Was looking... forward to this pizza and was very disappointed. Read more
First time I ordered they forgot part of my order so I had to go back and pick it up. Second time i ordered I went picked up my... pizza came home opened up the pizza realized it didn?t look gluten-free. I called spoke to a woman and asked to speak to whoevermade the Pizza to make sure it was gluten-free I have an allergy. She told me I was unable to talk to someone and that it wasprobably gluten-free. I told her again I needed to be positive that it was gluten-free because I have an allergy. She repeatedto tell me I couldn?t talk to anyone so I had to raise my voice with her in order to speak to someone. Once I spoke to someonethey confirmed they didn?t make it gluten-free and I had to drive back and pick up a new pizza . New location, new management. Food has consistently arrived hot and cooked properly. Delivery can seem a tad slow on busier days... (understandably) but we've been very happy with our experience so far with this location. The app is super easy to use. Doesn'tglitch. I like the payment flexibility because sometimes we prefer to just pay cash. Out of the last 3 times we've ordered,Robert has been the one to take care of us. He's very polite and friendly and I'm always happy to see when he's assigned to ourorder. Prefer direct delivery like this over DoorDash any day. Read more
Our order arrived right on time. Smelled sooo good. Got upstairs & Open the pizza boxes & this is what I found! Tried to post... my pics but Couldn't. They looked like the driver took a few too Many sharp turns. They were Half pizzas. The backside ended upon top of the front side!! Toppings all over the place. Tried to fix it to Look good But ended up w/half the pizza's without ANYtoppings. Not even cheese!!!! What the heck people? Read more
We just got an Ultimate Pepperoni and a Spinach and Feta pizza to be delivered, and they were early and pleasant to deal with.... They told me 40-45 mins., but they were here in 30/ 35. Will call on them again, soon!! Read more
Tonight was the second time in a row no one could read my order correct. I don?t eat bacon and I got it when I asked for none... and order none online and added in the the delivery instructions no bacon.
