Hands down one of the best espresso martinis in the area. It was the craziest thing? the second one tasted exactly like the... next. Consistency requires effort. Extremely personable operation. The wait staff killed it, but the owner was the hardestworking person there ( 2 days in a row) and took the time to greet everyone personally. Food was great. The pork in my Cubano was super tender and the bread was fresh. My husband had the curry pasta with chicken and... he raved about it. My Negroni was great and the dry rub wings were also good. Overall, we'd definitely be back. Read more
I live in town and wanted to try the newest Sky Hi ownership. So happy to see this place has brought back the scratch kitchen... that this was known for originally. The Cubano was made with both homemade sous vide pork loin and homemade smoked ham allsliced fresh in their kitchen. Layered with whole grain mustard, pickles, mayo, and swiss cheese on soft ciabatta bread. It wasreally good. Curry pasta with raisins, almonds, roasted red peppers, and spinach topped with parmesan was super tasty andcomforting on this windy Friday night. I chatted with the bartender who was very nice and attentive. She let me know they makeeverything they can in house from scratch including all the sauces, salad dressings, and desserts. After hearing that, I knew Ihad to get a desert to try - you know, for research. Got the seasonal pumpkin carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream and figcaramel. Wow. At first I was like 'this is so small' but honestly it was the PERFECT size for two people. The whole dish wasmade with such love, sweetness, and flavor that a couple bites for each of us satisfied the sweet tooth without wishing for abigger portion. Welcome back to Amesbury, Sky Hi! Nice menu , been wanting to try for a while. All the food was delicious; only negative things I?d say is the dry rub wings... could have had a little better texture and flavor and the Curry pasta was a little extra buttery. I have gone here twice in 2 days that's how much I like it/ wanted to try different menu items.. I enjoy sitting outside. I... really liked the wagyu burger and adult juice boxes! The food is fresh and I know because I ordered a watermelon mint lemonadeand saw the person go to the garden and grab the mint!!! I was so excited. Definitely come back and try other things. If I could give more starts to this place I would. Since the beggining, our server Gianna was incredible kind and helpful. The... staff went beyond their ways to make us feel comfortable.
