I've been in the area for 8 years and unfortunately, I've not tried Athena's Pizza, until tonight. Best damn wings I've had in... the area, hands down. Made my night! They were so juicy and flavorful. I didn't even need the extra ranch they gave me. Isuppose I'll save for the next time, cuz I'll definitely be back ASAP for some more of those AMAZING wings! It's a very goodindication that the rest of their food will also be delicious too! ???? I can't wait to try to rest of the menu! P.S. Theservice was friendly, fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and they had a nice big screen T.V. on the wall above thegiant drink selection cooler. ???? 5 stars! Read more

Ordered a half buffalo half cheese pizza, received a full buffalo. The pizza itself was pretty poor. Hardly any cheese or sauce.... The side order of mozzarella sticks tasted "fresh" from the microwave - only shortly after coming out of the box. Even with thequality of service and food being poor, the prices were still pretty high. I would suggest choosing a different pizza joint intown. Read more
Something extra about this place. Everything I've ever had is extra good. Always fresh, always hot, and fast service. It has... the old school pizza place feel that many of us grew up with. I Love their steak and cheese. Their salads are also great. They just know what they are doing. Never had anything bad here. Very friendly staff. There is no reason to go anywhere elseif you are in Amherst. Fair prices. Plenty of parking. I just wish their hours were longer! Read more
