I had always wanted to try this restaurant for a date night, and I finally got there - the ambience was fine, but the food was... not worth the price. We had to wait a while for the food after we got the drinks, but the appetizer and entrée arrived at thesame time. The fries in the poutine were mushy (more like boiled potatoes with cheese sauce), and the fish seemed fresh but wasunseasoned. The only positive aspect was the drinks, but I would go to other places in town that only serve drinks. Overall, Iwould never come back and would not recommend it to anyone. Read more

We went for our anniversary and it was a total fail. Took 30 min to be recognized by the wait staff. Then got our apps before... our drinks. Also, my drink was supposed to be a dirty martini.... Wasn't dirty. So I ask for the olive juice. When it arrives,there is a bug in it. I fish it out bc at this point I need an effing drink. I was having a good experience until I used the bathroom. The ambience was warm and cozy. And the waiter was kind and welcoming.... However when I went into the women’s bathroom I was shocked and disturbed to find two toilets with no privacy but a stall-likepiece of metal barely separating them. But do not be fooled. There were no stalls. The toilets were completely exposed to theelements. It was hard to tell whether it was supposed to be a single bathroom or a regular bathroom. The door had a lock so Iused it and hoped for the best. Unfortunately the lock did not work. And although I had tried to shield myself, I was completelyexposed when another costumer walked in while I was mid wipe. I was shaking as I walked to my table. It was mortifying. When Ihad gotten back, my food had arrived. I was really looking forward to the truffle Mac and cheese but the flavor was very mutedand it was extremely oily. I really wanted to like this restaurant because I pass it every day and the cocktail menu looksdelicious. But until they fix their inhumane, prisonesque toilet arrangement and learn how to use seasoning I will not be comingback. Read more
Overpriced restaurant with very slow service due to understaffing in the kitchen. Overseating of customers when lacking staff is... never a good idea. The food was tasty when it final did arrive but we were so late to the event we were attending due to theslow service, we had to pack it up to take it to go. Atmosphere of the overflow-backroom is lacking charm. It's $20 for a burgerand fries (ala carte) and there are fake candles on all the tables. Read more
To start my experience at this restaurant the pitcher of water I received had cheese and other unidentifiable things floating... around it. Inside my cup of water, it looked like I had pepper floating around also. The menu had a good selection to pick fromand all three of us picked a meal fairly quickly. Then we waited 45 minutes until our waiter told us it be out in 10 minutes andthat she was sorry. 15 minutes later we were about to get up and leave befor she came over to us and apologize again letting usknow our food is coming out right now. It was very slow in there and not a lot of customers for us to be waiting that long. Weended up WAITING OVER A HOUR for 3 dishes!!! To top it all off the food wasn't even good. The only upside to the restaurant isthat we got to sit outside and the waiter was somewhat nice. I wish that they had told us when we sat down that the wait wouldhave been this long. The worst part about all of this is that we had a reservation for over two weeks ago to go here. I wouldhighly recommend no one to go here unless you are trying to kill a lot of time. Read more
