I was at the University Drive Dunkin the other day and they were very short staffed. Only 2 girls working when I usually see at... least 4 staff on. They had a long line of drive thru customers and walk ins like me. The girls remained super friendly and kepttheir cool. Kudos to them but not the best rosters of staff. Read more
Some teams work perfectly together when dealing with a strong morning rush: this is not one of those teams. I arrived at 7:10,... just enough time to grab some breakfast and get to work. I was the first in line, then about 5 people lined up behind me. I wasleft waiting at the register for 10 minutes while the cashier counted out the money in the whole drawer, trying to move it intoa different one. When they finally decided to address the growing line, a drive thru employee took my order, or at least most ofit. As soon as I finished telling her my coffee was 1 cream 2 sugar she was gone without even taking my travel mug or the restof my order. I was served a medium black coffee and was told I would be cashed out. I paid for the coffee and added a breakfastsandwich to the order then I waited. And waited. 5 people behind me were served their coffee and sandwiches before I had to askif they were working on mine; they were not. Finally I received my order, and after 25 grueling minutes in the store I was latefor work. If you are thinking about visiting here from 7 to 8, rethink your breakfast plans, as this is not what I wouldconsider to be "fast" food. Word of the day: Deplorable. Read more
Found green mold in my iced coffee. Went back in to figure out why and how this could have happened. The manager didn?t... apologize or stop taking orders to talk to me. All she said was ?I don?t know what that is? which is a really great thing tohear from someone making food. She made no effort to make things right and compensated me with a donut.
