The drive thru wait is horrendous, waited literally an hour, gave up, parked and went up to the counter because it was just... unbearable. When it's busy it's the worst place. The espresso machine is often broken and sometimes they get the order wrong. Donot recommend. Read more

Came to this Dunkin' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told... me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it's $3. She said yeah well we're not doing that anymore. I said well the signsays you are? I was just surprised that she didn't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. Ihave worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it's usually just honored because thesign said it and it was the business's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I've never been greeted before the way I wasgreeted at the drive-thru which was , "do you know what you want" I thought that was a bit odd. In a nutshell bad service. Iusually avoid this location because it takes so long here to get your order and when you do get your order my drink is alwaysbad I usually just get an iced coffee with cream but they somehow screw that up every time so I won't be going to this oneanymore. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The manager, Tyler is very rude. They are understaffed and I was looking for a job so i... thought it would work out. I applied 3 times, yet he kept saying that he didn?t see it. He told me to come to the store to scanthe barcode to apply, again and again. He said ?there?s nothing he could do.? Also, I asked if I should contact him soon and hesaid ?I?d prefer if you?d not, km very busy.? In short, DO NOT LOOK FOR A JOB HERE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DUNKIN?. The manager seemsbiased, rude and lazy. Line is always to the road because you have to repeat your order 6 times and then they still manage to mess it up. The help is... cute as hell but the service is garbage. Go up the road to dunks in big y plaza instead. Read more
