Fantastic food and even better people! Our daughter went to Umass and brought us here as she absolutely loves it. We've been... back several times and have had delicious meals and great service each time. I highly recommend the pork carnitas, which isoutstanding. The service itself is wonderful! As others have said, and I have to agree, the food falls short. Not all too flavorful. I am a... great appreciator of Latin and Hispanic food, and have travelled and eaten in country. This cannot compare. There are otherplaces in western Mass where the food experience is much more flavorful and pleasant. The decor and service is excellent, butthe food experience could improve to draw people back, especially for the price point! Read more
Garcia's appears much nicer than the food served. Nice Mexican tile is used everywhere inside and on the outdoor dining... equipment. Our waitress, Helena, was attentive and kind. She did everything to make our dinner nice. The kitchen staff (chef,etc.) are not set to handle crowds, so if you arrive as a couple or family, and there is a bigger crowd there at the same time,expect a huge delay. The bigger tables get served first. The burrito I ordered wasn't great. The contents tasted "canned" andour other dinner items seemed to lack authenticity. Tex-Mex, perhaps, but don't expect authentic Mexican. Have a few drinksfirst, and your meal should be fine. Great delivery and service, but their food falls short. This place was great. My fiance and I swung in today and it was amazing. From the chips and salsa to having the Mariachi band... playing. We can't wait to go back. The food was great, we had the tortilla soup, the wings, the Mole Pablano, and the tacosalad. Everything was awesome. We can not wait to go back. Keep up the great work Read more

Very attentive staff! Mexican food done right. I had the carne asada and it was great. My partner had the Caribbean quesadilla... and had no complaints. The rice was a tad dry in some spots, but other than that, a great meal. Read more
