Great cookies! Everybody liked them. Wish they had gluten free today. But i will be back to try the gluten free.

Must sound very weird, but it was the first time in my 21 years on Earth to enter a cookie store past 10pm-ish, and it left such... a good impression. I'm not a big fan of sweet eats, but this place downright convinced my heart and mind. I ordered a deluxesalted caramel for $4.28. Price was definitely not cheap, so minus (-) 1 star ??. Customer service was unexpectedly wonderful,given that nighttime staff elsewhere would typically feel reluctant to serve. They carefully asked if I wanted a paper plate ora double-open bag for takeout. Recalling all my cookie-tasting memories, I think this is the best cookie I have ever had. Theyhanded the cookie to me lukewarm. First bite was exactly like described in the title, very ooey-gooey. You could feel thatbatter hot out of the oven melting in your mouth. The texture was soft, wet, a little crispy, and sticky; nothing could compareto it!! When I first held it, it broke into medium-sized parts that fit my chewing capacity. Yummy, but one is enough for thenight because it's cloyingly sweet at some point. ?? Please handle it with care, or it will break into pieces?? Overall, verypositive experience in my first attempt at ordering and tasting a cookie. Also feeling thankful because there was a suddenlylong, long queue after my order ????????? Do not order if gluten free / sensitive. Ordered one gluten free cookie and two regular ones. We assumed the two that were the... same were regular, so my partner at the third that was different. It turns out they gave us two gluten free cookies, which wethought were the normal ones cause nothing was labelled, and now my partner will have an upset stomach the rest of the nightcause they have a gluten sensitivity (thank goodness it's not an allergy). I was looking for something sweet and can be delivered late in the day and weekend for my son birthday. Insomnia cookies Amherst... MA happy to delivery 7 days a week. I ordered online paid for everything included delivery charge and the tip. I chose InsomniacCelebration Pack. A signature 6" cookie cake, a pint of ice cream, and a Super 6 pack. Add a brownies too.The delivery guy willtext or call to let the recipient know when he/she arrived. My son when to the front door got the Cookies and ice-cream. Cookiesstill warm and fresh and the ice-cream still cold my son told me. He and his roommate enjoyed them very much. I will recommendfor everyone. Read more

Great cookies! Only thing horrible about this place is how they treat their Drivers... Drivers tips are TAXED (which alot of... customers are not aware of!), and they get paid service wage when they are out delivering. Drivers here are not treated withrespect nor are their vehicles. Shame on this company! Word to the wise, If you wanna become a driver here, I would totally lookelsewhere. This job absolutely does not pay enough for all the wear and tear thats gonna go on your vehicle working here.Otherwise, the cookies are great!
