Once was a great fair price place but now their website menu is not even the same as the price they try to charge you in store.... In addition, they want to charge 4% more for using your card. To top it off, the cashier is super rude and had an attitude whenask for price breakdown. Read more

They are working hard to keep this place going, but it's really run down! Bathrooms are not clean, and seats are worn and torn... down to the foam. Pizza is ok, but I think the owners are just tired. I wish them the best. Read more

Love the food here the staff in back is awesome for some reason it says online they close at 11 (they DO NOT they close AT 10)... so I arrived an hour late! Thankfully the sweet kitchen staff still had my warm food and even though the register was turned offthey went out of they're way to make sure I got my food! I took one star away because the person who answers the phone needs tobe fired they're short and rude and with such a sweet kitchen staff shouldn't be working there. Read more

really good old fashioned pizzeria. old fashioned like the menu signs are probably 40 years old, yellowed and not entirely... accurate :-) the pizzeria itself is very roomy and has lots of spread out seating. but it's really good pizza! no not organic.no not low calorie. no not exactly thin crust. but, for example, the spinach and red pepper and pesto Pizza is loaded withspinach and red peppers and onions. I mean loaded. probably more spinach than Antonio's puts on their Florentine pizza. so theslices are substantial, decent amount of crust and a very good amount of cheese, very generous toppings, slices are generouslysized, and it is not expensive! much cheaper than antonio's! highly recommended if you're in the mood for a greasier slice thanAntonio's. yummy all the way around..... I lived in New York prior to moving to western mass and have been pizza deprived since until I discovered Primo. They have big... slices with amazing toppings and don't rip you off. My favorite slice is #13 the 'salad slice' with added pesto. Also, lovethe veggie burrito that comes with homemade salsa. Super friendly staff too. People are always laughing and having a goodtime. It's clear they love what they do because the food shows. Happy people and good food go hand in hand. Read more
