Food is great. The person who answers the phone is great. The delivery service is terrible!!!! First, I was told about 45... minutes for the food. I waited over an hour. Okay, I can overlook that. What I cannot overlook is the fact that when I called,the person answering the phone said he called and texted and left the food outside. The food was outside but HE NEVER CALLED ORTEXTED!!! He Lied To me!!! One thing I cannot stand is a liar! you only get two stars from me and that's only because the foodis good but definitely not worth the wait or the terrible service!!! Read more

My partner and I are vegan and we LOVE Sibie's. They have the best vegan pizza and appetizers in the pioneer valley. The cheez... they use on their pizzas is delicious and they have a lot of variety. The toppings and fake meats they use are top quality. Asif that wasn't good enough, their crust also stands out. It tastes great, has a great texture, and is always perfectly cooked.They also email me a 10% coupon every once in a while. We hope they come out with more vegan dishes soon! Read more

Been ordering here over a year now, and every single time it has been top notch. All the subs I've had have been exactly to my... specifications. The pizza's are always delivered hot and fresh. Ordered a whole pie and large grinder. Clean and fresh pizza. Great flavor. Good crust! Not the greasy kind of pizza and had a... lot of toppings. Not too sure what's up with all these negative reviews. Amherst is full of overly sensitive people. The buffchicken grinder was wicked good. Even the coleslaw was good. Finely shredded and had a great texture to it. Nice people. Onlything guys, the prices on the google menu are outdated and off by a few bucks. Read more
