Employees are always great. The coffee on the other hand not so much. I've been to the Manchester and Hooksett ones who are... owned by the same person as Amherst. Amherst is just not anywhere as good as those stores. Read more
Always a pleasant experience. The Iced Chai Tea is very tasty and their Rushes are liquid candy red bull (pretty low calorie... too) so you can't go wrong. Also their egg bites are tasty. Read more
Come thru early in the mornings sometimes this shop has the best service!! Always kind morning staff. Even when there?s a... ginormous line, that never stops them from brightening my day. Although the wait can get long, every time I make it to thewindow the barista is ALWAYS hustling and going as fast as possible!!! I feel bad though, I always wish the poor things hadanother person on too help,,, especially that early in the morning!!!!!! All the products are delicious and made with care.Extremely helpful staff. I was hoping for better than Starbucks. I got worse than Dunkin. There was one person working both the order window and the... pickup window. Despite that the line moved fairly quick... and I now see why. I ordered a hot latte and got it within 45 seconds(anyone else see a problem here?) It was barely warm and had no foam on the top. It had the creamy consistency of something thatwas a latte at one point. I won't bother trying here again. Read more
The coffee was excellent! The breakfast sandwich wasn't fabulous, but was tasty
