Been ordering from here for 2 months straight and atleast twice a weak they are out of veggies and or meats and are closed... atleast once a week during their scheduled business hours. This place needs new ownership or should be shut down. If I could putnegative stars I would. Read more

Horrible! Waited 25 minutes in line to get a sandwich I couldn't even eat because the chicken was FROZEN SOILD. (Not to mention... they were out of 90% of the veggies.) Waited another 15 minutes just to have them throw it in the toaster. ALL WHILE THE MANAGERSTOOD THERE WATCHING AND TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ABOUT CAR SPEAKERS. The poor kid working, Mason was fantastic! So politeand kept apologizing. Kid deserves a raise or promotion. I've worked in kitchens my whole working career, I understand issueswith staffing and supply issues, I DONT understand bad management. Read more

The 1 star is for the kid that was brave enough to actually go to work at this place. The owner of this subway should really... have some lessons on staffing. This kid was the ONLY one working and with a soccer tournament in town, not very smart! Afterwaiting no doubt 30 minutes in line, we finally ordered. Zero stars to me for being dumb enough to wait that long! Two of thekids got black olives that had mold on them. The entire experience was terrible and I felt bad for the person that got stuckworking alone. Subway locations like this give the brand a bad name! Read more

I've ordered online for pickup several times. Food was always done on time and tasted great. For 3 Saturdays in a row, there... was only one woman behind the counter dealing with a LONG line. She seemed to handle things well, though it must be extremelystressful. It's pitiful that no one can find any help these days! Read more

The saddest subway experience I have ever had. My husband and I ordered two steak subs, a cookie and chips; so we spent about... $24. When we began to eat the subs we noticed both were cold and the bread was so soggy, even after toasting it. The only tastything about our meal was the chips and cookie. There was literally a rat running around on the floor, and then it climbed under the counter where they make your food. My food... was ordered online and was supposed to be ready for 11:57, as it was my lunch break. I got there at 11:55 and waited as theemployee had a casual 10 minute conversation with a customer. I was then asked to wait, and served two absolutely ice coldmeatball subs. Thanks subway! Read more
