Sat in the drive thru for an hour before our order was taken. The manager stepped away and asked an employee to take over. She... took our money, gave us the change, gave us only 1 drink while saying "I'm supposed to be on break" and then disappeared beforefinishing the transaction. Five minutes later a very sweet manager with pink hair appeared. She was so nice and even gave uscookies for having to wait. I could tell she was having a hard night and the girl who was supposed to help her was being superrude and didn't even do what she was asked and definitely shouldn't be complaining to customers about her own issues. Themanager was doing an amazing job at being friendly with us and making sure we had what we needed. Ive been in her shoes and feelfor her, she did great but her employees definitely need to care more about the customers. Read more

This store needs to get back into the online ordering. So many rewards in the app but none can be used because the location... doesn't offer online ordering. You can't even scan the paper receipt into the Taco Bell app for points because it's a KFCreceipt. Dining room still isn't open, so the only option is drive thru, and you can expect to spend at least 20 minutes waitingin that line. I've gotten used to the wait, and tbh I don't mind as I assume they're understaffed, but I cannot go along w/ noapp access/online ordering. This franchisee desperately needs to get onboard with the wonders of technology. It's also well pasttime to get back to BAU & open the dining room open. Read more

Very slow service - probably under staffed. Sat in line for over 35min. by the time I got to order, I was informed that Taco... Bell was closed (6pm while the website says 9pm). Only the drive thru or pick-up was open. I ended up buying food I didn't want.Very disappointed. Read more

This place is ridiculous. The dining room still isn't open as of September 2022. The line for the drive through is almost... always way too long and slow. A couple of weeks ago they asked if I needed any sauces. When I got home, there was no sauce atall. The last time I went, I was in the drive through line waiting. I left a little space so that I wasn't blocking the entranceto the Good Will store next door. Some punk came up and cut in front of me. I tried nicely to let him know I was inline but heignored me. I deserve a statue in my likeness for not ripping him out of his car when I really, really wanted to. I did use alot of really profane words so not a statue, maybe just a plaque. Read more

It's been 2.5 years post COVID and this is the ONLY fast food place still shutting down their dining room at weird times. I EVEN... called ahead and the lady on the phone said "yes, the dining room will be open" and i got there and it was closed. Took mybusiness elsewhere. Read more

Store is really close but hasn't allowed online orders in at least 8 months. This is a major inconvenience because I usually... order app exclusive items and enjoy earning points. I would understand if this was a short term thing but come on... Ordering atthe window isn't great if you have allergy concerns like I do. Please turn online ordering on or I can't support any taco belluntil then. My work used to have a lot of workers picking up orders as it's down the street and we would all like an explanationif possible. I love your food but after this long with no answers my office of 12 have decided not to return. Awaiting yourreply hopefully. Read more

Decent taco bell for sure but the KFC here is closed due to staff shortages and everything is drive thru only. Everyone who is... complaining about the drive thru doesn't realize that there can be more than one person in the car. We came as a party of 7 in 2cars and it took maybe 15 minutes to get all of our orders. Definitely not terrible. Took off 1 star because some of our orderwas wrong and took off another star because it wasn't packed well and there was spillage in the bag. I know it's tough to geteverything right all the time and the overall experience was okay for taco bell. Read more

Today makes the third time in so many weeks that I came to this Taco Bell/ KFC for it to be closed. I understand with the... Covid-19 issue there?s a lot of under staffing going on but a simple notice on drive-thru and on the doors doesn?t take anymoretime to let your customers know that YOU ARE CLOSED, that way we won?t waist our time especially when we are on our break. Ohand there were food left out on the table in the dining room and trash out in view to see. Went back to take these photos and anemployee how refused to give me her name came to the door to tell me the they were closed. I mentioned to her about the food onthe table that shouldn?t be there and all she said was I get it. No she does not get it, I could?ve been a food inspector forall she cared. Read more
