While the pizza is fabulous the hassle to get your order does not make it worth it. Ordered at 5:50 on line. Told it would be... approx 30 minutes. Husband goes to pick up -we paid in advance and there is 20 people in front of him. Finally gets to theregister at 6:50 and told his wings aren?t ready - gonna be 10 more minutes. The worker told my husband ?you should cook athome?. This isn?t the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I am happy Bocce does well so they won?t miss ourbusiness. Maybe they could have a separate line fir those that already paid-gave a tip and just want their food while it ishot. Not sitting for 40 minutes. Just my recommendation. Read more
Pizza was supposed to be ready in 30 min (half cheese pie). Arrived on time and it wasn?t even in the oven yet. Waited another... 20 min (55 total) for the pizza. Came home and the pie was burnt and terrible. Location was run down, smelled bad and was dirty.Workers had no sense of urgency despite multiple people waiting for their food. Floors were not swept, and I was there shortlyafter opening. Will likely not return. Read more
The pizza was great, but the boneless wings were more like buffalo stones. So tiny, I can't believe some were counted in the... lot. Very disappointing, have had them before and they were wonderful. Not sure what happened here. Read more
Had it overnighted, frozen and half-baked, to Long Island, NY. Everyone agreed my favorite Buffalo pizza was the best they had... ever tasted. Two small shipping recommendations: 1) Offer more than just FedEx Next Day Air Saver, which didn?t arrive until 6PMand exposed the shipment to hours of summer heat. 2) Use something other than tin foil to wrap the pies. It gets stuck in thecrevices when peeling it off the pie. Read more
After tipping $4 for an online order, I was greeted by a very curt gentleman who barely made eye contact with me, and I was the... only customer waiting at the time. Once home I found a twist tie in my salad. I am just disappointed, that?s all. Read more
This is not the original Bocce Club pizza. Nothing like it. Higher price at $30 for a c&p pie. Sleepy-time girl taking order... must have eaten too many gummies. When I called to ask about the pizza, the Manager said they use different pepperoni, andcheese A problem with a machine made the dough cardboard like. Their new employees need more training. So many excuses. Sadday in Buffalo, to see Bocce Club now "gone" .... Generations to come will never know or be able to enjoy what we had, and whatour parents had .....The higher reviews must be from people that for some odd reason like the type of freezer pizza Bocce is nowselling, not the excellent pizza offered for 75 years before. The original had a crust that could have been hand-made in Italy;a sweet, savory tomato sauce; lots of melted mozzarella that oozed over on down as you picked up a slice; loaded with thickMargarita pepperoni. The employees were super nice and working hard. Unfortunately I ordered online and missed the call telling me they were out of... what I ordered. They didn?t mention it while I waited over 10 min past the pickup time window I was given. That substitutedpizza was ok. The half cheese I ordered was horrible though! Very thin, obviously finished cooking before the rest of my order.My kids declared it to be ?like cardboard? and made themselves peanut butter sandwiches instead of eating it. Not what Iremember or loved from Bocce. I am very disappointed. I only gave two stars because they did make an effort to reach me and thestaff was working hard and friendly. Read more
