I ask for the steak egg and cheese x3 and i didn't get any eggs on all ththreethis was at 845/900am . So always check your food... before you leave. That was my fault and why work if you dont want to be there. Smh. University of buff is lame. Never again. Read more
Shake and smoothie ?machines? were down. They didn?t want to clean the blenders they are made in. Nuggets were good as usual

The acting manager, Don, at McDonald's located at University plaza. I'm afraid that I have to report on this because it was... just too deplorable and jarring, not to. I frequent this location daily as a customer and a courier of their orders. The manin question, Don, Displayed very questionable and unbelievable attitude and personality. Disdain was easily to be read on hisface face, though the problem exists outside of mere pleasantries. Verbatim what occurred is- I had asked for a mixing strawon a hot summer day. I was at this time, the only man at the counter as I was also waiting for an order to pick up. This manDon, chose to question whether I was a customer at the McDonald's and in no uncertain terms, very scornfully began to get intoan argument with me as to whether or not I was a customer at this McDonald's - which I visit near to daily. The man perhapswas not compelled to give me a straw however he is compelled as a manager to offer service, and as well as this it is notprudent and it is not professional for a manager of a store location to act in such a way. I frequent many McDonald's but my choice is a go-to is the one on Sheridan and sweet home in Amherst or Tonawanda whatever it's... called they are the only McDonald's that I have visited where they're associates work as a team. Waited 20 mins to order, only me in line, just for them to tell me the ice cream machines were broken after taking my payment.... Got mad at me when i said i wanted a refund. They said they needed my card but i used apple pay. They straight up told me comeback in the morning with the card. After more sassy comments at me and giving me an attitude i was able to get a refund. Willnot go to this mcdonalds again. Read more
