I will never patronize this location again. Today I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all over cooked , and the taste was not good.... I called and encountered the worst manager I have ever experienced in my life . After explaining the above to him he asks mewhat do I want him to do that they were busy and things happen . He said he could discount my next purchase by 20 or 30% or hecould remake , I told him I live over 20 minutes away but the discount was not good enough so He could remake them. I advisedthat Some of the slices had been bitten but that I will put them back in the box he said my new order will be ready in 15minutes. He calls me right back and says make sure you bring all the pizzas I said I am aware and I have placed the slices thatwere bitten in the box he tells me no I cannot take that what am I gonna show my manger , you have eaten the food . I saidseriously I have kids and they bit a couple of slices and I have them , you gave me bad product he said I am not taking themback , I asked for corporate office and that I will file a complaint he yelled and said call and make a compliant and hung up onme. I called back and the same rep names Abmere who transferred me to this manager tells me he doesn?t know which manager Ispoke to because there were so many , I asked for anyone of them and he places me on hold and comes back minutes later to tellme no manager is available and that there is no corporate number only the store number . I took the time to write all this outbecause this horrible service from this particular establishment should be known. I will be advising all my friend and family toavoid this location . I have been eating Papa Johns for over 20 years from Fort Benning Ga all the way back to Buffalo NY. Sucha shame that this location does not represent the company?s integrity and values. Read more
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I always have enjoyed Papa Johns?this time, however, everything was way overdone. See... the Garlic Bites in the picture?Why would the manager allow burnt food to be served, rather than correct the problem for thecustomer. This location has many blind employees leading the blind. Why is it so difficult to READ the slip and get all of the items I... paid for. Again...READ the delivery instructions, so you know which door to greet the customers and delivery the food and nothave the customer walk out to the end of the driveway. Read more
