I paid $12.50 for a combo that pre coupon was $14.50. I ordered their marinara Italian sandwich, which is chicken, a garlic bun,... mozzarella, a slice of cheese, and marinara sauce. When I opened my sandwich at my house, i found my sandwich to be completelyplain with just the chicken. I drive 10 minutes back, and I was told that I ordered my sandwich plain despite not doing so. Ithen asked why I would order an expensive combo just to get the equivalent of a $3 sandwich, to which I was met with no reply. Ithen tried to show my receipt on the Wendy?s app to show I had not ordered a plain sandwich, to which the employee told me thatwhat?s on my receipt ?doesn?t matter because it?s your phone, you can just change whatever? despite me showing the official appreceipt and refreshing it several times. The drive thru window was then shut in my face. I will never go back to another wendys,and I sincerely hope whoever the white older employee is just maybe will be taught how a phone works. Swear this wendys locationis one of the worst I?ve seen, and will apparently hire anyone with a pulse, even if they have an empty head(which is the entirestaff here just an FYI). Don?t waste your time and go somewhere that actually wants your business. I charged back the wholemeal, so instead of just making the food I ordered, the business owner now gets to pay credit card fees for 2 transactions, lostthe sale, lost the customer, and is out the ingredients. Can?t see this location lasting much longer with who they hire and howthey run their business, as others have said this restaurant is dirty beyond belief, super slow, and the staff are once againtoo braindead or too stoned to be able to make a sandwich. The drive through takes 5 times as long as it should. Very poorly managed. The bags were not covered with stickers for orders.... Door to restaurant was locked before 5pm on a Saturday. Watched an employees pick something off the ground and then continuepacking orders without changing gloves or washing hands. When I got to the window the food was not started after waiting atwindow for 5 min then being told to wait again for another 5 min. People were pulling out of line. They had no idea what was going on and management was too busy complaining about everything to fix it, and the food was... horrible. I will never go back to that location, nothing has changed in years Read more

Was very displeased with the shift on Saturday 8/27 around 7PM. No cars in the parking lot but took 10 minutes until someone... addressed me at the order microphone, and another 10 minutes to get noticed at the window while waiting to pay/get our food. Ofthe four people working, all of whom were wearing their pants at their ankles, one was on phone, one was smoking, and who knowswhat the others were doing. When asked why its taking so long to complete my order, the direct response was "dude, nobody wantsto do their jobs anymore, including us". I should have drove away at that point, but had 3 starving kids so waited even longer,grabbed my food (which was horrible by the way), and went on our way. Read more

Absolutely disgusting inside. Cashier couldn't have cared less about acknowledging us let alone serving us. Waited for about... four or five mins before she strolled over and have a barely intelligible version of "here to go". Got our food sat down and sawants busy feasting on a half eaten nugget in the middle of the floor! The windowsills we're lined with dead bugs, trash on thefloor everywhere. I used to really like this place but I will be hard pressed to find a reason to go back now. Read more

Doors were locked only one car parked so probably all but 1 person must have called off because they were so slow we left before... ordering. But if it was one person that was working I guess good for you for trying to handle business Read more

I really wish there was an option of 0 stars at this place. Some of the worst service I have ever seen whoever hired the staff... here should really be ashamed of themselves. After charging my card they stated they didn't charge me enough for one of myitems. And could not produce a receipt. After that we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the sandwich they said it would only Take5 minutes. After forgetting about me sitting in the Drive-Thru they yelled oh my bad. ?Give us a minute? was the response we got after we politely asked if they were still open, since we had waited 20 minutes in... the drive through. Said they were doing a shift change. I watched at least 8 other cars drive off after getting sick of waiting.After another 10 minutes we asked if they would be ready any time soon. She then said ?no we?re very busy.? Who knows how longwe would have sat there if we didn?t ask or simply drive off. We then let the people behind us in line know that i they arerefusing to take any orders and not to waste their time as well. That?s when the woman began shouting through the microphone aswe drove off. At least three employees all standing around as this happened. I?m honestly not sure they even have managementhere, since it seems like they purposely drive away customers on a regular basis. Read more
