Drive through. So I opened it when I got home. The chubby burger was two buns and a piece of chicken. Isn't it supposed to have... mayo and lettuce? And I could barely hear the guy on the speaker. Not a good experience. Read more
By far the worst A&W I have ever been too. Mouldy pop lines, not even sure what long of pop it was supposed to be. My fries were... rock hard. And the burger tasted nothing like it was supposed to. Read more

Horrible customer service. My two teenagers wanted to go eat here after their soccer games the evening of Sept 16. We stood back... away from the counter to look at the menu and decide on what to get. It wasn?t busy and we were the only ones there beside twogirls who were waiting on their order. The young girl behind the counter looked at us with a disgusted look and said very rudely?Eat in or take out?? My son said, ?uh can we have just a minute please?? She said I need to know eat in or take out? in a veryunfriendly, abrupt manner. After this I decided I no longer had the desire to eat here and was turned off by her rudeness.Weturned around and left and as we left she went over to the other teenagers working there and threw her hands up in the air. I love A&W but this Amherst site is one of my favorite stops. They make an awesome teen burger. The staff are friendly and... efficient and the interior is clean and up to date. Love the music too! Read more
I ate dine in. Unfortunately the fries that came with my Mozza Burger combo were very cold but if hot would have been very good.... Literally dozens of flys were flying around which was a little off putting. It is summer and doors open and close, I get it, butmaybe a better fly catch system is in need. No complaints on the burger and had friendly service. Read more
Burgers are throughly cooked, Food is consistently Hot and fresh. Zero problems when using the app, food is prepared in timely... fashion. Friendly staff, restaurant is clean and well kept, when you eat in you are served soft drinks in a frosted mug, givensilverware and China to have your meal on as if you were in a high grade restaurant rather than a fast food joint! Many yearsago this place was poor to eat at as burgers weren't fully cooked and food was often cold on arrival, but whoever is responsiblefor turning this around to be the best fast food place in Amherst needs commended as its my first choice to eat at when in townfor a quick meal! Great stuff highly recommended! ???? The only possible negative is that unless you use coupons or a special ison, the food can be a bit on the pricey side for some burger options, Though for me this is offset by the quality of food andknowing it is ethically sourced.
