The dine-in part of the restaurant is has been closed for a very long time now, like, almost a year. For what reason? If your in... the middle of transitioning the restaurant from dine in to drive-thru only then maybe open multiple drive through lanes andtransform the diner into a second kitchen so you can actually get order out the window. The workers here barely speak english. Their intercom is so broken you cannot place an order and them understand a word you are... saying. Their lobby is also closed due to covid over 2 years later. Pathetic waste of time. Read more

A quick lunch. The food was pretty good, but fairly greasy. But that's probably why it tasted good. The store was fairly clean.... Not bad, but not perfect either. The person at the counter wasn't overly friendly, but not unfriendly either. All in all, itwas not the cheapest lunch ever. But the food was pretty good. The store was fairly clean. Update: They made right the errors below to the best that could be expected so stars increased. Would have been better not to... have all the previous issues though. Fourth time in a row they have managed to mess up my take-out order, this most recent timethey dropped an sundae on the counter (and still served it), missed food, when I came back for the missed fries they reserved meback my cold burgers (it was 30 min later, I had asked for the burgers to be replaced). How does this "fast" food restaurant have a 4 star rating. Lol I've been here roughly 5 times in the last year and twice I've... actually got food. They're glacial, no time to wait. I hardly ever go to DQ, but I finally decided to go and was disappointed to find out today the burger I was interested in trying... was no longer offered. Then I decided to try a different burger and upgraded to onion rings and a shake. It came up to almost$18 for a fast food combo! I was thinking this burger better be delicious and huge and get lots of onion rings. The burger wasok, the two patties were on the dry side. My container of onions rings was not even full! What a rip! For that price the burgershould be tasty and juicy and full of onion rings! I never had milk shake from DQ before that I could remember. Thought I'd trysince it seems people say they are good. It was nothing special. So if you have money to waste on over priced mediocre fast foodcombo, go to DQ! If not, go someplace better. Read more
