They always get your orders wrong and workspace is not sanitary, staff are rude and disrespectful, you're lucky if you get your... food warm after 30 minutes of waiting in line. Always check your food if you are brave enough to order from this location. When I arrived tonight just after 8 p.m., there was... one table of 4 and a woman who had come in from the drive-thru. The woman from the drive-thru needed a missing burger from herorder, the table of 4 had to return 2 of their burgers, ask staff repeatedly for drink cups, water and dressings for theirsalads. My baconator was completely RAW on the inside, which after looking at other reviews, isn't the first time this hashappened here. The drive-thru and dining area were not busy and multiple staff were standing around goofing off (mostly justdoing absolutely nothing, one staff member was wearing a paper bag on her head), one tall blond woman and the one male on stafftonight seemed to be the only ones actually being productive. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. As someone who has workedin food service for over a decade, I was baffled by what I saw tonight and I truly hope management/head office can help thislocation to be on par with the standard set by other Wendy's locations. Breakfast sandwich steak and egg was gross. Sloppy and sauce was dripping off. Was not appealing or tasty. The coffee was fine!
