Great tasting pizza for sure but they mess up our order sometimes and they do not wear gloves.

I think I changed my mind a couple of times on which small pizza I wanted. The young lady on the phone waspleasant and helpful and patient with me. Thank You D?Tutanelli?s!! We ordered two medium pizzas on Friday (4/29). One was aspecialty pizza which had Feta cheese. I asked for it to be subbed with something else. She said ok we can add more provolone.What she didn?t say was that will cost you. When my husband arrived to pick it up the person was snarky with him because hequestioned the charges. Long story short they don?t sub ingredients per this individual. They did two weeks ago when we ordered.It was the same order. Bottom line their online menu prices don?t match what they tell you and they charge what they want whenyou get there. And it?s different with each person you talk to. I enjoy the pizza but I am not going to order from someone whois nasty to the people ordering and picking up pizza (who by the way are helping bring income for their paycheck) or can?t be upfront with their pricing. D?Tutanelli?s has become our go to pizza place! We used to order from Pizza Hut or another pizza chain place but ever since... December 2021 we get pizza here at least one a month. The pizza is good for the price and the cheesy bread is a hit at my house,not a fan of the garlic parm wings (ordered them once and forgot to tell my husband I didn?t like them so he ordered them for meagain lol). Carry out only but good food
This place is amazing and has a great management staff. I had an order delivered that was not to my liking and I posted a very... negative review about them. Well, they deserve an apology. I worked with a lady named Sheryl or Sherry I am not sure and shewent above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. She runs a tight ship and is amazing. I have nothing but respect andencourage everyone to eat there! They have GREAT food and are top notch. I don't know if this lady owns the place but shedefinitely needs a raise. Unfortunately this is the second and last time I will be ordering from here. Although the service was fast and friendly, the... product was not good, made incorrectly and overpriced. I ordered a medium cheese, pepperoni and mushroom pizza and 6 garlicparmesan wings well done. First off I was charged $2.25 for mushrooms and there was not a single mushroom on the pizza. Also a$13.50 medium pizza with an additional charge of $2.25 for pepperoni seems a bit steep to me. The wings I ordered were $10.99for 6 which is outrageous and they were awful. There was no parmesan on them and they were soggy. I ordered them well done so Iexpected them crisper. So at the end of the day it cost $28 for a medium pizza and 6 wings, I was charged for ingredients thatwere never added to the pizza and the wings were missing parmesan and soggy.
