First time visiting and the drive through only had 2 people infront of us, yet our order was messed up anways.
The parking lot looks dumpy, the store was closed, the wording of the sign that was typewritten and taped onto the door was not... clear if the drive-thru was open. I go to the drive-thru as did the car in front of me, we set there for a few minutes, andrealized it was closed. It has happened three times this summer. Read more

Food was good. But access and parking are ridiculous. It's right off route 58 very near a red light. The drive thru line is... often so long that cars can be blocking the highway. If you park, you have to cut into the drive thru line of cars just to getout of your parking place. Then, you have to get into the drive thru line and wait in line till you reach the far side of thebuilding. It's just a mess. I think it was built before the Amherst traffic was so heavy on 58. The best way to avoid thetraffic mess is to enter thru the EXIT driveway. -PEACE Read more
