*CARD INFORMATION STOLEN AT THIS LOCATION*!! My husband came in yesterday morning before work and used the self checkout for a... $5 purchase. Two hours later multiple online website charges went through his debit card and scammers stole $600 from ouraccount. We are still in the process of disputing these charges with out bank, however this was the last place his card was usedbefore this happened. We believe a skimmer had been placed on the self checkout allowing thieves to steal customers cardinformation. This self checkout is NOT monitored in the morning by any employee and can be easily tampered with. We?ve alreadycontacted Sheetz customer service about this incident but I had to leave a google review to let others know about this! Read more
My husband and I got some food. They took forever to make the food the people after us got their food first. My food was... disgusting. My husband?s food was cold because they didn?t bag it up and give it to us when it was ready. My husband also got amilkshake and they just let the screen ding. They only have one person working the drink station. After waiting 30 min for themilkshake we left. Honestly I will not got back there. I will only go to the Sheffield one. Read more

Food and drinks take a really long time and just seem half-hearted no matter what time of day. I waited 10 minutes just for a... latte that was just left beeping on the monitor. Prefer the Sheffield location for sure Read more
First time trying to get gas at this new station. I left after the third pump read my card then said pump off line. The car wash... had a large green sign saying open by but the door was closed. IF I RETURN it will be a long time from now. Read more
Went in for the first time very excited as I love the Sheetz near where I used to live. Good variety of snacks and whatnot and... kept clean for sure. However, the customer service I received was rude. On the way to pay for my things, I was asked if I waspaying with cash or card. Said card and was instructed by a staff member to use the self checkout then. Seemed as though theywere in a hurry and stressed to even be there. I said I wanted cigarettes too and they acted like that was a nuisance to askthem to help me at the counter, which is literally the job? Felt uncomfortable and was excited walking in and anxious to leave.Hopefully they get some better staffing here soon or it?s gonna be a repeat of the BP they tore down to put this in its place.Sorry guys, please do better. There?s many options for gas stations around the immediate area that are much friendlier andwelcoming. Read more
Already out of a lot of things. Had to get refunded after waiting forever to be told something wasn't available they ran out. I... ordered sliders with onions tomatoes lettuce and pickles, it definitely didn't have any on them and was put together sloppily.The kitchen was under staffed. They're clearly not ready to be open already we should have just went to Amherst location. Nothappy. Also they're out of lids for the big cups already. Idk but ...
