It was a work appreciation lunch. I was not familiar with the place so I was happily surprised to see that they did have... vegetarian options for me. I also did have to use the restroom which was nice and clean. The place does have a bar so I wouldnot bring kids. It does have a fireplace which looks really cute and would be especially nice during the winter. Our waitresswas very friendly and attentive to our needs (such as checking our drinks and making sure we all had napkins, silverware, etc).The veggie wrap that I had was delicious but they do also have multiple salads, veggie pizza and other vegetarian dishes. We recently used Ziggy's for a catered lunchtime event and we're so happy we did!! The food was outstanding and the service,... fantastic!! We got the pulled pork sliders, fresh fruit tray, fresh veggie tray, and roasted red pepper hummus with fresh pitachips. Our entire team and all our event attendees were impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. Thanks to theentire team at Ziggy's for making us look good! We'll definitely return! Read more
Really sweet server. The food was pretty good, especially for the price. Definitely recommend potato skins.
Great menu selections. I had the pulled pork with honey BBQ sauce tacos. One gets 3 tacos and they were delicious. My husband... got the Gyro wrap and was pleased with it as well. The waitress was attentive but made an error on the check. When brought toher attention, she quickly corrected it and thanked us for bringing it to her attention. Great atmosphere has potential. Waited 45 minutes for our food. The wife ordered chicken tenders or should we say batter with... minimal chicken. I had the Karen burger which was ok but a bit dry. The food was on the hotter side of warm. Considering howlong it took to get it should have been hot. Price point is too high for the quality of food. Probably won't come back for asecond try, first experience there was pretty disappointing. Overall, the experience was good, the atmosphere was very spacious and inviting. The food was good less the unexpected bones in... the Lake Erie Perch meal; thankful this wasn?t the piece my child ate. I reviewed 3/5 because of the potential risk the fishposed and actually getting one bone stuck when I ate my leftovers (note the bones already in the container from this samepiece). My kids ate the taco salad, boneless wings and kids corn dog meal; all received with good reviews and good portions. Wealso had the homemade chips and dip, which was a hit. The staff, as in most establishments these days, was rushing and seemedoverwhelmed yet remained pleasant and did ok. I would give it another go but would intentionally select food more bar/pub stylethan the fish entree. Read more
Very good place to go to eat. You don't realize that this place is big. It's a two story building and has a elevator which nice... if someone can't walk up the stairs. They give you alot for lunch and I couldn't eat anymore. I would go back again. Read more
I enjoy the atmosphere at Ziggy's. I have a favorite waitress...Terra. I never have to ask for a refill on my drink, she... anticipates extras based on my order, and she is always pleasant and energetic and seems to truly enjoy her job. That's rare ina restaurant these days. My criticism of the place has to do with the cooking. Most of the time, everything is great. However,I love Eggs Benedict. I have been served overcooked eggs on one occasion and a Hollandaise sauce that had split on severalvisits. I've stopped ordering it there. On a similar note, I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and was served a split sauce as well,or maybe it had been sitting on the stove for too long. Luckily, that only happened once.
