This is the slowest Dominos I?ve ever been to. Waited about 30-40 mins just for two sandwiches and stuffed cheese bread. Talking... about ?sorry we are backed up? wouldn?t be backed up if people there moved faster. Asked for Banana Peppers on my sandwich,didn?t get those. Also, had to wait for them to remake my other sandwich cause they made the wrong thing and didn?t even tell meabout it. Read more

We all understand folks are short staffed and wait times are longer...however, to refuse service while still open on a holiday... weekend is not acceptable. We called for take out (not delivery). Only wanted cheesy bread. That's it. We were told they weretoo backed up to accept orders to call back in 30 minutes. How many more were told to call back in 30 minutes? Why not take myorder and let me know it will be a little longer for it to be done? Over the last several months, every time we have given thisDomino's another chance, they have been a disappointment. Great job. No one came to work. Girl did it all alone. I hope management rewards her now 7 months later called to order. They... told me no order taken until 1hr later. Normally I don?t have a bad experience at this particular Domino?s but my friend and I ordered last night and got a bad reaction... to a simple question. My friend made the order online and knew she put a pizza in her cart, but when she ordered the pizza itdidn?t go through and we never received a pizza. Of course that?s expected and didn?t blame the person who made the pizza fornot making it when it didn?t go through. We called this store asking why we never received the pizza and when we realized itdidn?t go through, asked what we should do next because it didn?t go through. We knew it was a website issue not hers. Wediscovered this was a General Manager btw and she went off when we asked. She kept blaming us that we didn?t order the pizza,that she didn?t receive it on her screen so she wasn?t giving us the pizza for free, the website wouldn?t make that mistake,etc. We were not rude with her from the start but she was super defensive and super rude from the jump. We just wanted to knowwhat to do about the website not taking the pizza on the order. She was just really rude for no reason and I understand beingfrustrated but it?s not an excuse to go off on customers that weren?t being rude or hostile with you to begin with. We were evenmore disappointed to find out that this woman was a general manager and it?s embarrassing that she talks to customers that way.She needs to do better. We just wanted help/asking a simple question about what to do when the website messes up. Definitelyfeel bad for her employees if she talks to her customers that way. Read more
