Food was mostly spectacular, flavours, unique dishes, variety of healthy, filling items across the board. Pasta sauce was thick,... filled with spices, lobster chunks were fat pieces. Salmon was last to be served at the table, taste was as it was left in theoven a little long, dry. Plate displays were pleasant to look at. Update orders & photos soon! Atmosphere Two Stars; (I havenot dined in the front of the restaurant) first visit. Back room; small space, our table was beautifully surrounded by stone,mellow light.. windows...however the powder rooms are located in that area causing high traffic along the table side. Also therewas another door in that room that lead somewhere in the back of the restaurant being used frequently. Major BIG PROBLEM....THEFAN WAS SUPER SUPER DUSTY, visual hanging gray dust! It was turned off thank gosh...but gross. Did inform the staff. Partiesshould possibly be against the windows in the front at a huge table tho it is an open area I feel as this would be a morepersonal experience without the extra guests. Read more
First time dining here based on a recommendation of a friend. They did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food was very... tasty. My wife had the Lobster theramador and I had the rack of lamb, which was done to perfection and tender as butter.Definitely recommend. Read more
Wasn't the best experience to start when we were waiting to be seated all you could hear was one of the wait staff complaining... that a customer had called to see if they were open which was not needed as the sign on the hours does cover 2 days so I getcalling and asking. The server had acted very poorly in complaining about the customer and was very loud about it aswell. Imonot good customer service if that is how they treat someone asking an honest question. We decided to have an impromptu dinner here and the food was delicious. We have to make reservations as it was peak hours during... our visit. The temperature inside was mildly hot and the some of the area in the restaurant needs some dusting. Overall, its anice little place to try out one in while if you are willing to pay the price. Went for lunch. Ordered soup and salad... soup was lukewarm. Guacamole was not good at all and our waitress took away the... Wasabi sauce before my friend had finished her meal. No tip was given to say the least. Not impressed with this restaurant atall and the other 4 times over the last 5 years, I had an issue of some kind. Visited the Artisan Grill on Thursday for lunch with six other family members. Food was rated tops by all of the family. There... was one hitch when a salad was brought to one member who noticed right away and when told the server immediately removed theplate from the table and quickly replaced with the correct salad. As we left after finishing the meal, I took a pole ofeveryone. Five stars from all and a big yes when asked if they would like to return. Read more
