Beautiful location- is just the beginning and a very small part of it! Great pasta collection, flavorful & delectable, as is... their smoked fish which is so well cooked. Average food, nothing extraordinary. The buns brought out for starters were not fresh nor home made, including the butter that... was packaged. From a highly rated Italian restaurant i would have expected home made bread with home made butter, similar towhat you can get in Windsor. Pasta was regular pasta from any grocery shop and sauce also tasted like one from acan/bottle. Meat was okay, but nothing extraordinary. I?d rate it as a pub, not a restaurant. Read more

It was the delicious smells emanating from this place that attracted our attention while strolling through Amherstburg. We... discovered this casual, unassuming restaurant with the open kitchen, which served up outstanding, delicious Italian fare! Therice balls were great, and wish they bottled their house made salad dressing! It was a toss up between which was better, thelunchtime veal scallopini or the veal parmigiana as both excellent and so reasonably priced. Really excited for their patio toopen in the warmer weather as their water front location is beautiful. Worth the short drive along the River from Windsor! Adefinite do-over! Read more

Food was delicious. We were a group of 8 and ordered almost everything, calamari, lamb chops, strip loin, pasta. All food were... good, high quality and huge volume especially spagetti and pasta. Staff were welcoming. I'll come back in summer. Can't wait fordining in patio. Read more
