Took my wife here today for her birthday. Loved every moment of our experience. The appetizer was amazing, followed by the mains... which were great. The service was fast although there was an influx of patrons before we got there. The drinks were also amazingand I did not leave without purchasing a bottle of that Cinnamon Whiskey. The waitress/bartender was very accommodating withexcellent customer service. We will be back, and we would recommend for other persons to experience this spot. Read more

Wolfhead Distillery and Restaurant is definitely a must visit distillery, when you are in Windsor Essex County! This spectacular... county is only thirty minutes away from Windsor, Ontario. Back during the prohibition era, the Windsor district had rich‘rumrunning’ past. Mr. Tom Manherz - the distillery's proud owner - started off making pallets for the liquor industry 22years ago. He began by distilling a range of ultra-premium craft spirits. With over thirty thousand barrels onsite,(once theyhad over ninety thousand barrels), they are going for the WIN! The Distillery just released their very own distilled whisky,limited to ONLY 580 bottles. Their best seller is coffee whisky liqueur. With state-of-art equipment to distill spirits, theDistillery is currently producing their own vodka and gin. Of which, I love vanilla banana flavored vodka. Everything about this place is great!! Great products, great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks, and great service! My... favourite thing about Wolfhead is they put together amazing corporate gifts. Danielle and her team are great to work with -they've made custom gift baskets for me to match my target budget including many of their great spirits and food products. It'sthe perfect gift for customers and colleagues - local, diverse and quality products, and shareable too! Shipped directly withinCanada or you can pick it up yourself. Besides custom gifts, they offer great standard options as well (especially aroundholidays) both in the retail store and on the website - look for the "Gift Sets" section in the online store. Last butdefinitely not least, they regularly host very fun events too! My girlfriend and I attended the Mixology classes they recentlyput on. Nick the lead bartender is incredible and a great teacher - it's easy to understand why Wolfhead has won the "Best ofWindsor Essex" award for "Art of the Cocktail" at least for the past 2 years! Great food, knowledgeable friendly staff. The French fries are awesome. The retail store is perfect if you want to leave with... some of their great whiskeys. Haven’t tried their gin yet but I hear good things. Definitely will be returning :). Read more
