Why did you remove BLT from the all menu? Now I have to pay extra and then extra again because there's barely any bacon on the... sub. Normally this place is great but taking an item off the menu that's been on for years is frustrating. Plus paying doublenow when everything is already going up. So disappointed with this location now. The last few times I have come in they have no had meatballs ready, toaster is turned... off 2 hours before close or not on 2 hours after opening. Vegetables are low at opening and brown. Extremely skimpy ontoppings and sauces, to the point you have to ask for more salt and pepper. Read more

I have been going to this restaurant for as long as it has been open and have had nothing but good food and excellent service.... I've never made a complaint. Last night my husband went in to order subs for the following day (today) and I always get a sideof banana peppers for myself and pickles for my kids, they always come in tiny plastic containers and it's always been a nonissue. Today we go to eat our subs and low and behold they put them in cookie bags, which leaked the juices onto all four of oursubs, soaking them and making them completely unable to eat. I called the subway and the guy said he would "call the owner" andhung up on me. My husband called back and he alleged he said he would call me back, which he did not. Then after 40 minutes hecalls me back stating that he "checked the security footage and my husband was aware they were put into bags" (yet if he wasaware, we would have removed the cookie bags from the subs to avoid this incident). I explained my husband wasn't aware and thefootage showed him clearly watching the subs being made not watching the OTHER subway worker packing the extra vegetables in aclearly unsuitable container. When he kept insisting I was wrong I placed my husband on the call who reiterated that he clearlydid not know that. I stated I have been a customer since they have opened and have never had a complaint and the subway workerrudely was like "you USED to come here" .. I had then said "no, we stopped coming because there is a pandemic so we stoppedeating out frequently." And then had to ask to speak to the owner, who has yet to call me back.
