So we waited in line 30 min . Went to order food and was completely rushed at the ordering station. Then got to window and the... guy mad my drink wrong I asked for strawberry lemonade frozen but got strawberry drink . Then he goto say the frozen machineisn?t ready I said well how long does it take. He then says it takes awhile so at this point I?m looking at the machine it?sfrozen . He was just to lazy to re fix the drink. So we pulled off to look in bags and no sauce , napkins or utensils it wasjust lazy and unprofessional. So we turn around to go back and we went in to ask the manager if the machine was working and shegoes to say yes !!!! So I?m just like this Popeyes is ghetto and everyone is lazy and unprofessional!! If you don?t wanna workyour job find another one because customer service is everything. And I felt rushed for the amount of money we paid to eat there! I definitely don?t recommend this location. This Review is for the Amite Louisiana Location ! This Location is very slow,lazy,an RUDE an never has anything available..We... went several times in 1week to get Mac & cheese an everytime they say they've just ran out an We can't wait for it because ittakes hours to Dethaw! Well unfortunately this place was s bit disappointing! I guess I should have realized something was a miss when I pulled up and... there was a long line at drive-thru but co cars in the parking lot. The lady inside politely let me know it was drive-thru onlyafter I walked inside- no literature anywhere indicating that plus the doors were not even locked. I wished the lady at thedrive-thru window was as nice as the lady inside, but no such luck. Also very disappointing was the price of $10 47 for thelittle meal. 3 little chicken tenders approximately 2.65 inches long, about 3/4 cup of instant potatoes and a little biscuit. Ialso am adding a photo of the item that wasnt even what was ordered (they couldnt even get the order right) to show the size ofthe chicken you get- very small, and very sad. The food did taste ok at least.. I took a picture of the front to show there isno closed dining room sign anywhere and also a picture of the small meal that was pretty expensive.
